Position Overview
The Senior Development Manager will play a key role in managing relationships with existing funders while building a pipeline of new philanthropic opportunities. The position reports directly to the Global Industry Hub Chief Development Officer and collaborates with teams across ClimateWorks and the wider climate network.

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will:
- Manage donor stewardship activities and relationships
- Prepare grant proposals, donor reports, and fundraising materials

- Support grant tracking, budget reporting, and financial coordination
