Key Responsibilities
The Marketing & Communications Specialist will:
- Develop marketing campaigns for donors, philanthropists, businesses, and partners.
- Create compelling content and storytelling materials.
- Translate programme results into impactful communication products.
- Support fundraising, donor engagement, and lead generation activities.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
- Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize results using CRM and data insights.
- Collaborate with fundraising and relationship management teams.
- Support innovation and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants should have:
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s level qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communications or fundraising.
- Experience managing campaigns and digital communication initiatives.
- Experience with CRM-driven customer journeys and donor engagement strategies.
Skills
- Excellent storytelling and content development skills.
- Strong analytical and campaign optimization abilities.
- Brand management expertise.

Language Requirements
