UNHCR is currently recruiting an Associate Monitoring & Evaluation Officer to join its operations in Bujumbura, Burundi.
This position plays a critical role in strengthening monitoring, evaluation, reporting, assessments, and evidence-based decision-making across refugee and humanitarian programmes. The successful candidate will support programme planning, results monitoring, surveys, operational data analysis, evaluations, and reporting activities.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation plans
• Guide programme teams on indicators, targets, and reporting frameworks
• Coordinate assessments, surveys, and monitoring exercises
• Support operational data collection and analysis
• Ensure quality and consistency of monitoring methodologies
• Assist in evaluation planning and implementation
• Produce evidence-based reports and analytical products
• Facilitate training and capacity-building activities
• Support emergency preparedness and response monitoring
