🌍 ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
. This six-month internship offers an excellent opportunity for students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience supporting economic development initiatives under the Economic Resilience Programme.
The internship provides exposure to project implementation, stakeholder engagement, business development initiatives, programme coordination, monitoring and reporting, and communication activities. Interns will work alongside experienced development professionals while contributing to initiatives that strengthen micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises and promote inclusive economic growth.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support implementation of Economic Resilience Programme activities
• Assist project managers with programme coordination and administration
• Support business development interventions and enterprise support activities
• Organize training sessions and stakeholder meetings
• Assist consultants working with beneficiary businesses
• Support communication and outreach initiatives
• Prepare reports, documentation, and programme records
• Maintain monitoring and data management systems
• Assist with social media content and communication materials
• Coordinate with municipalities, institutions, businesses, and development partners
🎓 WHO CAN APPLY?

• Enrolled in a postgraduate degree programme
• Enrolled in the final year of a bachelor’s degree programme
• Recent university graduates who can begin the internship within one year of graduation

📌 REQUIREMENTS
• Studies in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field
• Fluency in English
• Fluency in Albanian or Serbian
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and administrative abilities
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications
• Interest in economic development and entrepreneurship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and reporting skills
