📌 Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end delivery of IT and digital solutions across projects
Coordinate workplans, timelines, and stakeholder engagement
Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories
Develop and maintain project documentation including plans and reports
Support system configuration and automation using approved platforms
Assist in rollout activities including testing, deployment, and user support
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and readiness assessments
Support change management activities and user training initiatives
