📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff placement processes
  • Assist in managing staff benefits, entitlements, and HR records
  • Provide administrative support for HR operations and procedures
  • Contribute to organizational design and job classification processes
  • Support staff learning, training, and capacity development initiatives
  • Maintain HR data systems and ensure accuracy of records
  • Provide general office and operational support
