📌 Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff placement processes
- Assist in managing staff benefits, entitlements, and HR records
- Provide administrative support for HR operations and procedures
- Contribute to organizational design and job classification processes
- Support staff learning, training, and capacity development initiatives
- Maintain HR data systems and ensure accuracy of records
- Provide general office and operational support
- Ensure compliance with UNICEF HR policies and procedures
🎯 Who Can Apply
To qualify for this opportunity, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Completion of secondary education (additional HR-related training is an advantage)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, administration, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and administrative systems
- Proficiency in computer applications and HR systems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English and Italian is required
- Knowledge of another UN language is an added advantage
