About the Opportunity

Turtles is looking for a Growth Marketer to join their team either remotely or at their Helsinki office. This position is perfect for creative, entrepreneurial individuals who are passionate about marketing and customer growth. You will work on diverse aspects of performance marketing, including TV marketing, social media advertising, email campaigns, content creation, and other innovative strategies to grow the business.

In this role, you will be a key player in acquiring new customers, nurturing existing users, and developing innovative approaches to increase sales. Supported by an experienced team, you will have the freedom to experiment, learn, and expand your responsibilities as the company continues to grow rapidly, while also contributing to strategic marketing initiatives and collaborating across departments to drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns to acquire new users
Manage social media advertising, email marketing, and other growth channels
Create compelling content and marketing assets
Analyze data to measure campaign performance and optimize results
Participate in new initiatives and explore untapped marketing opportunities
Collaborate with team members across functions to drive growth strategies
