About Organization
The Human Rights Foundation (HRF) is a non-partisan nonprofit organisation committed to promoting and protecting human rights globally, with a focus on authoritarian regimes and closed societies. HRF works to uphold freedom, democracy, and human dignity for individuals facing repression or persecution.
HRF’s initiatives include advocacy campaigns, research, public awareness programmes, and direct support for human rights defenders worldwide. One of HRF’s signature efforts is the Wear Your Values (WYV) programme, which encourages ethical practices in the fashion industry, advocates against forced labor in global supply chains, and promotes transparency in production practices. The WYV initiative raises awareness about human rights abuses associated with garment manufacturing and motivates consumers and creators to support ethical fashion choices.
