As an appointment setter, you will earn $150–$250 for every qualified meeting you book, with top performers moving into a salary-based compensation structure after two to three months.

Role Overview

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound outreach, understands how to connect with business owners, and is driven by performance-based earnings. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them understand how our offshore hiring and remote staffing solutions can reduce their costs and improve operational efficiency.

You will be provided with scripts, training, tools, and ongoing support to help you succeed quickly. Because the role is fully remote, you can work from anywhere and structure your hours around when U.S. business owners are most active.


Key Responsibilities

1. Identify Potential Clients

  • Research and identify U.S. business owners who may benefit from offshore talent, remote staffing, or virtual assistant solutions.
  • Target industries where you already have experience or where demand is high.

2. Conduct Outbound Outreach

  • Make outbound calls to introduce our services and generate interest.
  • Use our approved scripts and messaging to deliver a clear, simple explanation of how we help businesses reduce staffing costs by up to 70%.

3. Pre-Qualify Leads

  • Ask basic questions to confirm the prospect’s needs, pain points, and fit.
  • Ensure they understand the purpose of the intro call and what will be discussed.

4. Book Introductory Appointments

  • Schedule short introductory calls between qualified business owners and our internal sales team.
  • No selling or closing is required, your goal is to spark interest and book the appointment.

5. Track Simple Activity (Optional)

  • Log outreach notes, lead details, and appointments using our CRM (we provide access).
  • CRM use is optional but recommended for those who want to track performance and leads.

6. Collaborate With the Sales Team

  • Work closely with our founders and sales department to ensure a smooth handoff once a lead is ready for an intro call.
  • Provide any relevant details gathered during outreach.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Prior experience speaking with or selling to U.S. or Canadian clients
  • Professional, confident, and comfortable with outreach and follow-up
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and reliable in completing daily tasks
