Gain Experience, Build Your Career: Diageo EABL 2026 Internship Opportunities

The Diageo EABL Undergraduate Internship Program 2026 is now open for applications. This program is designed to provide university students with practical work experience, professional exposure, and an opportunity to apply classroom knowledge in real-world situations. Although the internship runs every quarter, with new groups joining every three months, the application process opens only once per year. Therefore, students who wish to complete an internship at any time between January and December 2026 are encouraged to apply before the deadline.

The internship program supports Diageo EABL’s goal of developing young talent while offering students hands-on learning across different business and manufacturing functions. By participating in the program, students have the chance to build their skills, gain industry experience, and explore their interests in a dynamic and professional work environment.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the 2026 internship program, applicants must meet specific academic and enrollment criteria. The internship is open only to students who are currently in their third or final year of university study. Applicants must either plan to continue with their education after completing the internship or be awaiting graduation. Students who completed their studies more than twelve months before the application date are not eligible, and their applications will be automatically declined by the system.

Applicants must be enrolled in a recognized public or accredited private institution, pursuing a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification. Additionally, students must ensure they will be on an official school break or holiday during the internship period, as this allows them to fully commit to the program.
