Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a Senior Amazon Brand Manager who:

  • Possesses deep, hands-on Amazon FBA expertise.
  • Thinks strategically and enjoys solving complex operational challenges.
  • Can move fast, communicate clearly, and deliver results consistently.
  • Thrives in a high-growth, high-performance environment.

Key Skills & Experience Needed

Amazon Growth Strategy

  • Expertise in organic ranking, product launches, keyword strategy, and algorithm behavior.
  • Ability to design data-driven plans that boost visibility and sales.

Amazon PPC Mastery

  • Proven record managing $50,000+/month ad budgets.
  • Strong capability to plan, execute, optimize, and scale profitable campaigns.

Brand Management Leadership

  • Experience overseeing Private Label brands generating at least $10M+ in annual revenue.
  • Ability to diagnose growth bottlenecks and develop clear improvement strategies.

Operational & Backend Expertise

  • Strong understanding of COGS, Amazon fees, inventory flow, and profit optimization.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and enhance brand profitability through P&L analysis.

Catalog Troubleshooting

  • Advanced expertise in resolving complex Amazon catalog issues.
  • Ability to identify problems quickly and implement durable solutions.

Core Responsibilities

Client Strategy & Support

  • Lead weekly strategy calls and provide structured guidance.
  • Create clear roadmaps and ensure projects stay on track.
  • Provide ongoing support via Slack and email.

Problem-Solving & Execution

  • Troubleshoot catalog, PPC, operational, and ranking challenges.
  • Guide clients through key initiatives and growth opportunities.

Internal Contribution

  • Participate in weekly team learning sessions and training.
  • Continuously refine and improve consulting tools, frameworks, and processes.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

Experience & Expertise

  • 3+ years of hands-on Amazon FBA experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing brands generating $10M+ in annual revenue.
  • Deep experience managing $50k+ monthly PPC budgets.
  • Strong capability navigating Seller Central efficiently.

Professional Skills

  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Fast problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
