What This Role Is All About
As the Senior Advisor for Youth Livelihoods, your work will shape how young people access skills, opportunities and jobs. You’ll help design programs that open real doors from digital skills to entrepreneurship to green jobs.
You’ll work with teams around the world, support innovation, strengthen program quality and help secure funding for new initiatives. It’s strategic, meaningful and full of room to grow.
You will collaborate with global teams, driving innovative solutions and enhancing the quality and impact of programs. Your role will involve supporting strategic planning, securing funding for new initiatives, and contributing to meaningful projects that transform lives. This is a full-time remote position based in the United States, with preference for candidates near Washington, DC.

What You’ll Do
Lead and strengthen youth livelihood programs
Bring new ideas and innovation to skills training and job opportunities
Partner with donors, governments and private sector players
Support proposal writing and program design
Guide teams across different countries
Travel occasionally to support global projects
Promote strong safeguarding practices
What You Need
8+ years of experience in youth livelihoods or similar fields
3+ years of international program experience
Strong skills in grant writing and program design
A Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Fluency in English; another language is a bonus
